Enhance your athletic performance with our Sports Specific Add-On Programs, designed to complement your existing training regimen and target the specific skills required for your chosen sport. These supplementary programs are tailored to help athletes fine-tune their abilities and gain a competitive edge in their respective disciplines.
This 60-minute program is a track athlete only speed/skill focused group that may be added on to the M/W or T/Th High School and Junior High training groups or taken on its own. This add-on to the training groups will allow the track athletes in our program the opportunity to work on track specific needs, such as: block starts, hurdle and jump technique, and additional plyo/linear speed progressions, that won’t be performed during the week. The bulk of the speed, mechanics, and power development is designed to occur within the M/W or Tu/Th High School and Junior High training groups.
