TCBOOST’s High School Speed, Agility, and Strength Training program is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach for 15-18 year olds helps to develop speed, strength, power, and athleticism. The High School groups include both 60 minutes of specialized speed development work, and 30 minutes of strength-power training. Speed is a skill that can be taught. Our teaching methods and drill progressions are based upon over 20 years of being innovators in teaching athletic speed and movement at the Professional, Olympic and NCAA D1 levels. When you learn HOW to move, it not only transforms your speed & agility, but greatly reduces the risk of soft-tissue injury.
The other side of the coin when it comes to drastic improvement of speed is to develop your ability to put higher levels of force into the ground in less time. This is where our carefully applied repetitions of precise resisted and over-speed sprint work, plyometric drills and speed focused strength exercises will unlock your ability to create explosive game-changing speed.
