After having Brad Dixon on we wanted to strap on the pads and go play for him. Talk about a coach that has his players’ best interest at heart. The way Brad approaches coaching it is no wonder he has been so successful on and off the field. This is a great listen about a guy who coaches a little differently than most coaches and really tries to understand how to help and get the most out of his players.
