TCBOOST’s High School Speed, Agility, and Strength Training program (Varsity Speed+Strength 90) is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach for 15-18 year olds helps to develop speed, strength, power, and athleticism. The SS90 includes both 60 minutes of specialized speed development work, and 30 minutes of strength-power training. No matter what your sport may be, if you’re looking to get that extra edge over the competition, there’s no better training available than this program. Whether it’s improving your strength, speed, power, or becoming an overall better athlete, we will get you there.

In case of dangerous weather, you will receive a text from your coach at least an hour prior to class time letting you know that class is cancelled. We will run a live Zoom class at the time your class is scheduled, and you will also have the opportunity to make up the session prior to 12/31/20.
