TCBOOST’s High School Speed, Agility, and Strength Training program (Varsity Speed+Strength 90 min.) is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach for 15-18 year olds helps to develop speed, strength, power, and athleticism. The SS90 includes both 60 minutes of specialized speed development work, and 30 minutes of strength-power training. No matter what your sport may be, if you’re looking to get that extra edge over the competition, there’s no better training available than this program.
