At TCBOOST, we offer athletes ages 15-18 two different group training options. Our 90 minute comprehensive Athletic Development Program (ADP) and our 60 Minute Speed only Program. Whichever program suits your needs and goals, to see maximum results you should commit to at least 2x/week during your offseason.
TCBOOST’s High School Speed, Agility, and Strength Training program (Varsity ADP) is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach for 15-18 year olds helps to develop speed, strength, power, and athleticism. The ADP includes both 60 minutes of specialized speed development work, and 30 minutes of strength-power training. We keep the groups small in order to maximize the individual attention each athlete receives. These small group sessions are the first 60 minutes of our Athletic Development Program. The program is designed to focus on specialized speed development while also incorporating power, agility, and plyometrics, but does not include training in the weight room.
