At TCBOOST Sports Performance, athletic speed development is the heartbeat of what we do. In our experience, the fastest and most explosive athlete will almost always prevail in sports. As a result, speed and athletic movement are the core focus within our programs. Every exercise, drill and progression that we put our athletes through in our weight room and on our field will ultimately be tied into our goal of making them as fast and athletic as possible while reducing their risk of injury.
The flagship of TCBOOST is our small group Athletic Speed and Strength 90 Development Program. We have designed these groups as a long-term athletic development plan created to meet your needs not only for a season, but for an entire career. This progressive program for athletes (age 9-18) is about training the right way for the long term. The program is a small group setting so that our coaches are able to capitalize on a competitive environment while still being able to coach each athlete individually. The plans within the program are customized to take into account the goals and needs of each athlete. The small group setting also allows the ADP to be our most cost effective training program, sharing the cost of a coach as opposed to a private session.
If 1-on-1 or partner training is what you want, however, we will fully customize a plan for you and give you the full time attention you desire.
