TCBOOST’s JV training program focuses on developing the athlete for the future through speed and agility training. This 90-minute program, designed for 12-14 year olds, will develop speed, agility,  athleticism, proper movement mechanics, and foundational strength.

Designed to appropriately challenge and develop athletes that are going through the transition from youth to the highly competitive high school environment. We have designed our Athletic Development Programs as a long-term plan created to meet your needs not only for a season, but for an entire career.

The program utilizes small group setting so that our experienced coaches are able to capitalize on a competitive environment while still being able to provide an individualized experience. The workouts are customized to help each athlete accomplish their own goals and needs. The small group setting also allows the ADP to be our most cost effective training program, sharing the cost of a coach as opposed to a private session.
